Information you provide

When you use the workflow assessment form or email PrairieNode, you may provide your name, work email address, company name, phone number, the process you want to improve, and the business tools you use.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, credentials, financial account details, or confidential business records in the contact form.

How inquiry information is used

PrairieNode uses the information you submit to understand your inquiry, respond to you, and discuss an automation project. The website does not require an account or ask visitors to upload business documents.

Form processing

The contact form is delivered through Formspree. Formspree processes the details you submit in order to deliver the inquiry. Its privacy policy applies to that processing.

The current website does not load a third-party analytics script. Hosting providers may still process basic technical information needed to deliver the website.

Project information

Project-specific data handling, access, retention, and confidentiality requirements are documented in the written agreement for that engagement before confidential business information is shared.
